Information Security System Policy
As NetCore IT Services, we meet our mission, vision and policies in the field of information systems with corporate network technologies, mobile systems, integrated information security systems, distance education and software services, system integration and after-sales services.
Information security is the activities of protecting the confidentiality, integrity and usability of the information that the institution or company produces, prepares and is responsible to its parties. These activities should ensure that information is protected, including other features such as accuracy, explainability, non-repudiation and reliability.
Services that NetCore is obliged to carry out information security activities:
- Continuity of IT services will be provided under a corporate roof, independent of individuals, within the scope and boundaries of ISMS.
- Configuration of network installations that require high knowledge and experience will be provided within the scope and limits of ISMS.
- Necessary operation and technical support services will be provided within the scope and limits of ISMS to ensure that the networks existing in institutions / organizations are always operational.
- Providing operator services and ensuring data security in routine works based on the IT infrastructure / hardware / software system will be within the scope and boundaries of ISMS.
- Meeting the expectations of our customers at a high level of the institutions / organizations we serve within the scope of the contract, increasing their information processing capabilities, and helping them achieve their activity / process / performance targets by informing them of technological developments will be continued within the scope and boundaries of ISMS.
- Accepting that all kinds of confidential / commercial / private information processed in all information technology systems we serve within the scope and boundaries of ISMS is the privacy of the customer of the institution / organization we serve, we accept that this information can be transferred anywhere / person / institution / organization without the knowledge / approval of the customer. Unobtainability will be ensured by adhering to the Integrity / Availability conditions.
- Provided that it remains within the scope and boundaries of the ISMS, the ISMS policy will comply with legal and regulatory requirements and take into account obligations or dependencies arising from contracts or third parties.
At NetCore, necessary control mechanisms are established to carry out information security activities. A draft study has been initiated to determine control targets, carry out controls and ensure their continuity. In this study, the risk management and risk audit structure to which the controls will depend was established.
